VAT & Duties (International Orders) The Shipping fees we charge cover shipping and handling. Any VAT (value added tax) and duty costs are charged at the discretion of the importing country, and are responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

All orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx, or Postal Service. Actual freight charges for international shipments may be more than indicated. If this is applicable to your order, we will notify you of the difference before shipping to you.

Delivery Times

Because all our products are non-mainstream, delivery times are from 1 to 8 weeks depending on what product you are ordering. For delivery dates, contact sales@vfgadgets.com.

Our Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return the item within 30 days for a refund. Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging. To return a product for any reason, please e-mail us at customerservice@vfgadgets.com, for a return authorization number. All returned items must include the original packaging, and must not show signs of excessive wear. The original packaging slip must be included and the return authorization number visable on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. All products returned must be 100% complete, contain all original boxes and packing materials and other accessories.

VFGADGETS.COM strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged, and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged, save the merchandise and the original box and packaging it arrived in, notify VFGADGETS.COM immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part.

Shipping and handling back to VFGADGETS.COM will be at customer's expense.

We collect no information on consumers who browse our Web page.
